Lenka Hennessey promoted to Director in Grant Thornton’s Professional Practices Group

Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton, has announced that Peter Gamson has been appointed leader of the firm’s Professional Practices Group in the London office. He will be supported closely by Lenka Hennessey in relation to tax and
private client matters.

Lenka’s focus is the London market, providing specialist tax advice to professional practices, private clients, LLP’s and more recently, private equity firms. Typically she is involved with advising on alternative structures available, international expansion, conversion to LLP and structuring profit sharing. In her new role as Director, Lenka will work closely with Peter to provide clients with commercial and tax effective solutions, and in raising knowledge and awareness of current issues such as HMRC’s focus on professional practices.
