Speechlys appoint international tax and trusts partner

UK law firm Speechly Bircham LLP has announced the appointment of Mark Summers as a new international tax and trusts partner within the private client department. His appointment becomes effective from 1 November 2007.

Mark Summers joined Speechlys as a solicitor in 2004 and specialises in international estate planning and trusts and taxation advice to trust companies, banks and non-UK domiciled private clients. He has particular expertise in working with US, Latin American and Scandinavian clients.

Richard Kirby, head of private client, commented, “Mark will be working as part of our highly regarded and rapidly expanding international practice. An important part of his remit will be to continue developing our burgeoning US/UK related practice.”
