3 New Tax Directors at Deloitte Ireland
Deloitte has recently announced the appointment of ten new directors including Karen Walsh, Olivia Waldron and Mark Gorman in the Tax department.

Mark Gorman
Mark is a director in the Corporate Tax practice. He is responsible for advising a portfolio of clients in the construction, hospitality, manufacturing, bloodstock and technology sectors. Mark specialises in a range of areas including group reorganisations, property taxation, bloodstock taxation and the structuring of Irish operations for multinational corporations. He holds a Diploma in Professional Accounting, and is member of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
Olivia Waldron
Olivia is a director in the Tax department advising multinational and Irish domestic public and private companies on Irish and international tax issues. Her experience covers a wide range of industries including technology and construction. Olivia is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Irish Taxation Institute. She holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and an MBS in Accounting from DCU.
Karen Walsh
Karen is a director in the Corporate Tax practice with responsibility for a broad range of domestic and international clients. She has extensive experience in advising large domestic and international groups on corporate restructuring and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment, real estate transactions and cross border issues. Karen is a graduate of UCD and a member of both the Irish Taxation Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
