Barrister Joins Russell Bedford Associated Law Firm in Cyprus

Economides, Dionysiou & Co., Advocates & Legal Consultants, has announced the appointment of Michael Davies, BSc(Econ), LLM, Barrister, TEP in the position of senior legal consultant

The law firm is associated with the Russell Bedford member in Cyprus, P.G. Economides & Co. Ltd.

Michael Davies studied law at the University of Wales. He went on to earn a Masters degree at the University of Reading and a second Masters at the University of Cambridge. He was admitted as a Barrister at Law (Grays Inn) in 1989.

Mr Davies has many years of experience in the international corporate, tax and trust consulting sector and has served as a lead lawyer on many major cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has been closely involved in important shipping and aviation transactions, as well as assisting on major oil and gas projects. He also acts as senior legal, tax and structural advisor for major international funds.
