Aon Consulting Worldwide Announces Mark Blumenthal as new Chief Financial Officer

Aon Consulting Worldwide, the leading global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation has announced the appointment of Mark Blumenthal, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of human capital and strategic consulting, and financial management experience, as its chief financial officer. Blumenthal reports to Andrew Appel, chief executive officer of Aon Consulting Worldwide, and is responsible for all aspects of financial management for Aon Consulting.

Blumenthal, age 47, most recently led the global business operations and service delivery for the relocation segment of SIRVA Inc. Prior to that, he founded Blumenthal Financial Advisors, serving as CFO and advisor to international businesses and individuals, focusing on global financial management and growth strategies. Blumenthal also spent 20 years with Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen), primarily as a partner in the Human Capital Services and International Executive Services Practices, and partner in charge of Global Finance Transformation. In addition, he served as the CFO, Asia Pacific, with Andersen, and spent nine years in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
