Former KPMG Tax Lawyer to lead Tax Team at Norr’s Kiev Office

Only three weeks after the official opening of the new office in Ukraine, Norr Stiefenhofer Lutz reinforces its tax team there. Yuri Delikatny (36), a tax advisor with 14 years’ experience in the Big Four, most recently with KPMG, joins the multi-disciplinary firm of attorneys, tax advisors and auditors on 1 January 2008. He will head the tax department and be responsible for its further development. Two further tax experts will also soon be employed. Delikatny’s specialisations are international tax structures and tax Due Diligence for foreign investors in Ukraine. His clients include listed as well as private companies.

Delikatny cites as his motivation for moving to Norr as “more commercial freedom within a business-oriented enterprise.” The head of the Kiev office, Dr. Mansur Pour Rafsendjani, regards the hiring of Mr. Delikatny as ideal. “Yuri Delikatny is an established expert in Ukrainian tax law. He has guided transactions and projects for investors over many years.”
