Habif, Arogeti & Wynne announces new tax partner, Robert Verzi

Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP has announced that Robert Verzi has become a partner of the firm.

Verzi brings more than 23 years of experience providing international tax solutions to both publicly and privately held corporations. He built his career during the past two decades while working for the global accounting and consulting firm Deloitte & Touche, in both its New York City and Atlanta offices. While there, he served as a member of the national transfer pricing team.

Verzi is an appointed member to the AICPA’s International Tax Technical Resource Panel and is frequent author of articles appearing in The Tax Advisor. He is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences such as the Council for International Tax Education, South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. In addition, he periodically serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia and Clemson University.

Verzi’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the International Fiscal Association. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in music and a Master of Accounting in taxation from the University of Georgia.
