Proskauer Rose Paris Tax Partner joins DLA Piper

DLA Piper has announced that it has recruited a team of seven lawyers from the Paris office of US law firm, Proskauer Rose. This team move includes tax partner Jean-Luc Cuadrado.

Jean-Luc has more than 20 year’s experience as a tax lawyer and has spent most of his career practicing international tax in Paris. His areas of practice include transfer pricing, mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and investment funds. Jean-Luc has significant experience of the pharmaceutical industry and is a member of the Paris Bar and the International Bar Association. Jean-Luc will be a member of DLA Piper’s strategic committee in Paris, working alongside Bruce Mee, Regional Managing Partner for France and Steven De Keyser, the Strategic Projects Director. The strategic committee is leading the expansion of DLA Piper’s Paris office.
