KPMG Cardiff – two new tax hires

icWales has reported that KPMG has made two new appointments to its tax team based in Cardiff.Derek Kelly, director, transfers from the Manchester office to lead the firm’s local people services practice, which advises organisations on pensions, employment tax, executive compensation and public sector recruitment.
