Tax Technology Group, Vertex, hires new director
Vertex Inc., the leading provider of tax technology solutions, has announced the addition of Ric Andersen, a global operating executive with expertise in ERP and business process outsourcing, to its Board of Directors. Andersen has over 25 years of consulting experience at IBM Global Business Services, Price Waterhouse, and PwC Consulting.
Andersen joins current Vertex Board Members Jeff Westphal, CEO, Vertex; Amanda Radcliffe, Secretary, Vertex; Stefanie Lucas, Chairman of the Board and Treasurer, Vertex; Terry Kyle, former CFO, Shared Medical Systems Corp. (SMS); and Rich Teerlink, former CEO, Harley Davidson, Inc.
