Benjamin Gadon Joins Mahoney Cohen’s Tax Practice as Partner
Mahoney Cohen & Company, CPA, P.C., the certified public accounting and business advisory firm, today announced that Benjamin Gadon has joined the firm as a shareholder and tax partner. Mr. Gadon brings 25 years of experience to the firm’s tax practice, during which he has provided tax and business advisory services to a broad range of companies. His experience includes advising on corporate tax issues, in addition to state, local and international tax, particularly for middle-market, publicly-traded companies and closely-held businesses.

Immediately prior to joining Mahoney Cohen, Mr. Gadon was a partner at Marks, Paneth & Shron LLP, an accounting firm, where he advised a range of clients on tax compliance and planning needs. Previously, Mr. Gadon held positions at some of the “Big Eight” firms, including Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Gadon is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), where he has taught several training programs. Mr. Gadon holds both a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Accounting with a concentration in tax, from the University of Florida.
