Ceteris TP Practice expands into Mexico through OSY

CETERIS®, Inc. has announced that it has officially opened its Mexico City office through an exclusive arrangement with Ortiz, Sosa, Ysusi y Cia., S.C. (OSY). Ricardo Suarez leads the OSY transfer pricing group and adds his over 16 years of professional experience to the leading group of senior transfer pricing and valuation experts that make up Ceteris.

Ricardo joined OSY early in 2007 as the founding member of their transfer pricing group and has been actively building a highly-skilled and knowledgeable team including Iván Díaz-Barreiro, a transfer pricing director formerly with a Big 4 firm. Ricardo has been named as one of the leading Transfer Pricing Advisors by Legal Media Group Expert Guides and is the first Chairman of the Transfer Pricing Commission at the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
