Nissan CFO extends his responsibilities

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced changes to its senior global management team in Japan. These changes are effective April 1, 2008 and include an expansion of the CFO’s responsibilities:

Alain Dassas, senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer will now also take responsibility for the newly created global sales finance business unit, merger and acquisition department and the tax and customs department.
