RSM INTERNATIONAL’s expansion continues with appointment of Israeli member firm
RSM International, the worldwide audit, tax and consulting network of independent firms, has strengthened its client service offering in Israel by admitting Tel-Aviv based Shiff, Hazenfratz & Co., CPA (ISR) to its ever-increasing global membership.
Shiff, Hazenfratz & Co., CPA has 128 total staff and provides the full range of audit, tax and advisory services to a varied client base including private, public and government sector organisations. To meet the needs of Israeli companies, the firm has a specialist economic and business-consulting department covering all aspects of M&A services. They have also created a department engaged in providing specialised services to local authorities to meet the demand of government sector clients.
The firm’s Managing Partner, Reuven Shiff, is the current president of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Israel. Shiff, Hazenfratz & Co was admitted into RSM International having successfully completed RSM’s comprehensive due diligence process. The firm plans to expand their international engagements and strengthen the tax department by recruiting more international tax experts. They also aim to strengthen their share of clients traded on the Israeli Stock Exchange.
