New Tax Directors and Associate Directors at Tenon
Tenon, the UK’s leading accountancy and business advisory firm to entrepreneurs, has announced a series of promotions including nine new directors and eight new associate directors across the business.Commenting on the appointments, Andy Raynor, Tenon’s Chief Executive said: “Our people are key to our success and our future growth plans. I am therefore delighted to announce nine new director promotions plus our eight associate directors. We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past 18 months and in order to achieve our targets we need the right people to consistently deliver and understand our entrepreneurial clients.
“Our flagship training and development programme, The Tenon Academy, continues to be hugely popular with our people by providing them with the necessary training to ensure they truly are the leading advisers to entrepreneurs”.
The director appointments within tax services are:
Raymond Clarke, who is based in Glasgow, has been appointed Director of Tax. Raymond joined Tenon in June 2007 after LWC Ltd was acquired and qualified as chartered accountant at Mazars. His areas of specialism are Corporate Tax, HMRC enquiries and transaction tax.
Vanessa Hamer in the Rochdale office has been promoted to Tax Director. Vanessa has been with Tenon and the legacy firm for over 13 years and has progressed from Tax Manager in 2002 to her new position as Tax Director.
Julie White has been promoted to Tax Director based at the Nottingham office. Julie joined as a Senior Manager in 2006 and now leads the property team with expertise in Stamp Duty Land Tax planning.
John Taylor, who joined Tenon in January 2007, has been promoted to Director and leads the Employer Services team based in Basingstoke. This is a multi disciplined business unit offering tax, HR, recruitment and payroll services.
The Associate Director appointments within tax services are:
James Bramsdon becomes Associate Director within the Chiltern Street office Tax team
Mike Tuhme from the Leicester office becomes Associate Director within Tax.
