All change at PwC Manchester’s M&A tax team

It has been reported by Crain’s that PwC in Manchester has a new M&A Tax Leader. Simon Viner will lead the practice, taking over from Brian Leyland who is relocating to London office.

New hires into the team include Nick Hatton as a director and Steven Woodhouse as manager. They both join from Ernst and Young’s transaction tax department. Also joining the office is Neil Allmark who has been named senior M&A tax manager. He has returned from a two-year secondment in Australia.
