Valentin Tic has made up to tax partner at KPMG Romania.

He has advised clients on a wide range of international and domestic tax issues. Mr Tic specializes in corporate tax planning and structuring of inbound and outbound investment and coordinates the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Team of KPMG in Romania. .

In Romania and the Republic of Moldova KPMG operates from four offices located in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Chisinau. They currently employ more than 600 partners and staff, both Romanian and expatriates.
