Wragge’s Wahida Rehman advises QinetiQ on acquisition of Commerce Decisions Ltd

Wragge & Co LLP Corporate group has advised QinetiQ Group plc on its £9.85 million acquisition of UK-based Commerce Decisions Limited. The deal will see QinetiQ acquire 100 percent of the equity of Commerce Decisions, a market-leading provider of tender assessment and management software products.

Wragge’s Corporate partner Baljit Chohan led the deal, assisted by solicitors Nigel Collins and Louise Baillie. Wahida Rehman advised on tax issues and Brian Meenagh on intellectual property (IP) matters.
