Friends Provident nabs Standard Life CFO Evelyn Bourke

Friends Provident plc has appointed Evelyn Bourke as chief financial officer (CFO) subject to regulatory approval. She joins from Standard Life UK Financial Services where she was CFO.Evelyn Bourke has a strong track record and significant experience in financial services having held senior roles at Standard Life and Chase de Vere Investments plc, and having undertaken a wide range of consulting work in the life and pensions industry including as a principal at Tillinghast -Towers Perrin.

Evelyn Bourke will join Friends Provident after completing a notice period of six months. Until then Charles Bellringer will remain interim CFO.
