“I am delighted to welcome Richard to the senior team at A&M Taxand. His appointment is particularly timely, given the significance of the proposals in the Pre-Budget Report in relation to VAT. Richard is an expert in the field and will further assist in broadening our VAT and indirect tax offering.”

Richard Baxter said:

“A focus on indirect tax is particularly important in current markets. This means removing unnecessary VAT and other indirect tax costs and maximising the effectiveness of the VAT cash cycle within a business. We are particularly well-placed to deliver market-leading service in this area given A&M Taxand’s leading position in business restructuring.
