WTAS hires new Director in State & Local Tax Group

[private]Patricia Prewozniak, former Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP’s Multistate Tax Services group, recently joined the West Palm Beach office of WTAS LLC as a Director in the State and Local Tax group.

Prewozniak is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in providing state and local income tax and sales/use tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of clients. Her expertise also includes providing state and local FAS 109 tax provision reviews (including FIN 48 tax exposure studies).

“Joining WTAS is a real pleasure. I have the opportunity to work with top talent and expand the portfolio of services I can offer clients,” said Prewozniak.

Prior to joining WTAS, Prewozniak held positions with Dow Chemical and several large international accounting firms providing business tax services to a number of public and private companies in the retail, consumer products and media/entertainment industries.
