New regional indirect tax director for Deloitte
Dewilde started his career at the Belgian tax authority where he worked as director of the indirect taxes department. Later, he made a career at Arthur Andersen where he spent five years. He has been working in Deloitte’s Belgian office since 2002 managing clients in the fields of tourism and real estates, as well as multinationals and public institutions.
He joined the Slovakian Deloitte office in 2004 where he helped setting up the indirect taxes team, which achieved excellent results under his direction. Dewilde is Central Europe’s well-renowned expert in his field.
He is 38 years old and fluent in English, Dutch and French with a good command of German and Spanish and basic Slovak skills.
