Senior VP Tax jumps ship from Time Warner Cable
In this role, Ms. Dankenbrink is responsible for all areas of taxation at Comcast, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, planning, policy, litigation, risk management, financial reporting and compliance. She reports to Michael J. Angelakis, Chief Financial Officer, Comcast Corporation.

Ms. Dankenbrink comes to Comcast from Time Warner Cable (TWC) where she served as Senior Vice President of Tax. Before TWC, she held roles of increasing responsibility within the tax department of Time Warner Inc., and managed various functions within their tax group, including mergers & acquisitions, compliance and financial reporting. Prior to that, Ms. Dankenbrink served as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young.
Ms. Dankenbrink is a member of the Board of Directors for the Broadband Tax Institute and a frequent speaker at various tax and industry forums. She graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation.
