New Tax Director at Baker Tilly Manchester

[private]The Manchester office of accountants and business services group, Baker Tilly, has strengthened its tax team with the appointment of Rick Schofield as tax director.

Rick Schofield joins from CLB Coopers where he was a partner. Specialising in advising organisations in relation to corporation tax, M&A and tax due diligence, Rick will work across a range of clients including owner managed businesses, AIM listed firms and UK subsidiaries of international companies.

He will also work closely with the firm’s Manchester tax partners, Colin Abrahams and Colin Smyth, to help support the continued growth of the department.
