Weaver and Tidwell Merges with Polansky McNutt Perry & Company
Initially established in 1991, San Antonio-based Polansky McNutt Perry & Company is a full-service accounting firm with a growing client base that provides comprehensive accounting, auditing, tax and financial planning services; strategic business planning, valuation and litigation support and broad-based financial management and planning services. Polansky McNutt Perry & Company is ranked 11th largest San Antonio-Area Accounting Firms by the San Antonio Business Journal Book of Lists 2008.

Edward M. Polansky, CPA/PFS, has been named San Antonio executive partner; Laura G. McNutt, CPA/PFS, will lead the local tax practice and John Crider, CPA, will lead the location assurance practice. All of the firm’s employees, including 12 certified public accountants, will join the combined firm which will use the Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., name.

The combined merged firm will remain in its current offices at Centre Plaza, located at 45 N.E. Loop 410, Suite 950 in San Antonio.

With offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, Weaver and Tidwell is ranked the largest independent certified public accounting firm in the Southwest by Practical Accountant magazine.
