Former Deloitte Tax Director joins board of Syringa Bancorp

[private]Syringa Bancorp has announced the election of three new directors including LaVern Gentry.

Mr Gentry is a certified public accountant who brings over 35 years of financial expertise to Syringa Bancorp. Following a 34 year career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Mr. Gentry retired as a tax director in 2004. Mr. Gentry is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. and the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
[/private] Syringa Bancorp was organized in April 2005 as a holding company of Syringa Bank. The Bank was formed in 1996 and has since expanded to six branch locations, two mortgage offices, and a residential construction loan production office, all within the state of Idaho. Syringa Bank is an Idaho state-chartered commercial bank.
