Aegis promotes internal candidate to CFO

[private] Aegis Group plc, the media communications and market research group, yesterday announced the appointment of Nick Priday as group CFO with effect from 1 September. He replaces Alicja Lesniak, who is retiring from the group in October. Currently director of financial reporting, Nick has held a variety of finance roles at Aegis since joining in 2003 and qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young.
