Brown Rudnick, an international law firm has announced that[private] Tracy Fisher has joined the firm’s London office as a Partner in the Tax Group.

Ms. Fisher provides complex transactional and structuring tax advice,
predominantly in a funds, international, real estate, or private equity context. She has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and reorganizations, bankruptcies, and finance. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Fisher
