Chadbourne names new Tax & Project Finance Partner

Chadbourne & Parke LLP has announced today that [private] Eli Katz has been named a LLP partner in the Firm.

Eli Katz, Age 36, New York office, Tax and Project Finance. Mr. Katz’s practice focuses on federal tax law, with a particular emphasis on energy tax credits, asset-based financing, renewable energy investments and project finance and leasing, both in the United States and abroad. Mr. Katz has extensive expertise advising clients on pricing and the financial modeling of the after-tax economics for complex tax-advantaged partnership and leasing transactions. He received a B.S. from Touro College in 1996, a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1999 and an LL.M. from New York University in 2004.[/private]
