Tax and regulatory updates from Rimini Street, already used and trusted by hundreds of clients around the world to accurately process billions of dollars of transactions, are a key component of Rimini Street’s award-winning, third-party support program. With this expanded coverage, Rimini Street will provide mission-critical tax and regulatory updates for more than one hundred countries across all of its supported SAP and Oracle product lines.
Additionally, Rimini Street named industry veteran Greg R. Prow as group vice president, global tax and regulatory strategy & research. In this role, Prow will lead the Rimini Street team charged with ensuring all Rimini Street clients receive the mission-critical tax and regulatory updates needed to remain in legal and financial compliance. Previously, Prow was chairman and CEO of Planitax, developer of the leading on-demand software suite for tax lifecycle management. Planitax was recently acquired by Thomson Reuters. Before Planitax, Prow was managing director and chief operating officer of Mobius Venture Capital and he has served in a variety of senior roles helping clients with global tax and regulatory compliance, including tax partner-in charge at PricewaterhouseCoopers and tax-related management roles at Coopers and Lybrand.
