Buss Murton Law strengthens Private Client team with senior partner appointment
Kent law firm Buss Murton Law has strengthened its Private Client team with the appointment of Alex Cuppage. Alex joined Buss Murton Law on 5 August 2009 from the Westminster law firm [private]Campbell Hooper, where he was a partner and head of its Private Client department.
Alex brings with him a strong client base and considerable experience in advising wealthy individuals and families on all aspects of trust and estate planning. His work encompasses advice on the tax implications of various trust structures, drafting of Wills, offshore tax planning, residency and domicile matters and acting as a trustee to both large and small estates.
He also has a strong reputation for his work with the Court of Protection representing individuals who have lost the capacity to make decisions themselves concerning their personal and finance affairs. He is also recognised for his work with charities, advising various charities on constitutional issues, charity structures and advising individuals on tax efficient ways to make donations.
