PwC Romania appoints new Rewards/HR partner within Tax & Legal practice

Ruxandra Stoian joined PwC Romania in 1997 and she leads the firm’s HRM/Reward practice. As director she has developed a flourishing HR consultancy business unit with a strong focus on salary
surveys, compensation and benefits advisory, change management as well strategic HR consulting. She is currently one of the best known HR consultants on the market. As partner she will continue
to grow this practice in a broader context as she will assume responsibility for managing the HR consultancy practices in other territories, being also the Leader of the of the PwC HRM network in
CEE.
