EY loses Exec Director to Clark Nuber

[private]Bob Heller, previously an Executive Director at Ernst & Young, joins Clark Nuber as a Principal and State and Local Tax Practice leader.

Bob has substantial experience serving clients in manufacturing, high tech, life sciences, real
estate, e-commerce, and other industries. Bob previously served as the Senior
Assistant Director for Tax Policy at the Washington Department of Revenue. He
also has prior experience working in a high-growth public company as well as a
Seattle law firm. He is a frequent speaker at local and national state and local
tax conferences, and he has extensive experience in Washington State,
multi-state, and state tax controversy client matters. Bob has an undergraduate
degree in economics from Boise State University, attended law school at the
University of Idaho, and has an LL.M. in tax from New York University.
