Rachel Campbell promoted to Global Head of People at KPMG
KPMG has appointed Rachel Campbell as Global Head of People, Performance and Culture (PPC) and a member of KPMG’s Global Executive Team. Rachel is currently Head of People for KPMG Europe LLP, a role that she will retain.
Over the last four years, [private]Rachel has led the award-winning “Employer of Choice” strategy in the UK. She has worked closely with the PPC group to define KPMG’s global people strategy. She will work with KPMG member firms to drive KPMG’s “Employer of Choice” strategy globally.
In the four years that Rachel has been heading the UK firm’s people strategy, KPMG has, for the second year in a row, been named ‘The Sunday Times Best Big Company to Work For’. Earlier this year, KPMG was also awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award in honour of its outstanding performance in the competition over the last five years.
Speaking on her appointment, Rachel said:

Prior to taking on the role of Head of People for the UK firm, Rachel was an Audit partner specialising in the Food, Drink and Consumer Goods sector and working with a number of global clients. [/private]
