ktsowensthomas appoints Head of Tax Strategy expert

Leading Welsh accounting firm, ktsowensthomas, has appointed a tax strategy specialist to its team as the firm continues to widen their tax consultancy services.

Stephen Williams, 38, from Cardiff, joins the team as Head of Tax Strategy, having previously advised on all aspects of business, property and personal tax for Clifford Chance LLP and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

A qualified solicitor, Stephen has specialised in corporate tax planning and structuring, financing and refinancing tax strategies and high value corporate transactions and reorganisations, eventually gaining experience at Senior Associate level at Clifford Chance.

Now responsible for the strategic development of the ktsowensthomas tax practice, Stephen will be utilising his wealth of experience in corporate and personal tax to help raise the profile of the firm’s taxation practice and to strengthen its service offerings.
