Eric Winwood gets partnership at Baker Botts

Baker Botts has promoted 13 lawyers to the partnership, including Dallas based tax lawyer Eric Winwood.

Mr. Winwood’s practice centers on employee benefits law and executive compensation issues, including issues involving Section 162(m) deduction limitations, Section 280G golden parachute rules and Section 409A deferred compensation rules. He works with clients on benefits matters, including the design, drafting and amendment of qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and equity-based compensation plans.
