OneE Group launches tax disputes & investigations service line.

OneE Tax, the bespoke tax strategy group owned by Sufyan Gulam Ismail and Bashir Timol, has launched a new service line.

OneE TDI Limited will provide specialist tax services in the following areas:

– All types of Tax Disputes & Investigation work (particularly Specialist Investigations (SI) office matters and Civil Investigation of Fraud (CIF) cases);
– Disclosures to HM Revenue & Customs (both onshore and offshore issues);
– Restraint, Confiscation and Civil Forfeiture work;
– Expert Witness and Forensic work;
– Employment Taxes (PAYE/NIC, benefits-in-kind, status disputes, IR35 and Managed Service Company (MSC) issues, Employer Compliance Reviews, National Minimum Wage);
– Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) issues;
– Specialist tax advice to the Hospitality & Leisure industry (including the design and implementation of tronc schemes)

The team comprises Gary Rowson, Mark Taylor and Peter Davies.
