Marc Darmo joins Davies Ward Phillips as a partner in Montreal tax group
Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP has announcde that Marc G. Darmo has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax practice group of its Montréal office.
Prior to joining Davies, Mr. Darmo was a partner in the Montréal office of another major Canadian law firm where his practice focused on corporate tax planning, with particular emphasis on cross-border and international transactions.

Mr. Darmo holds a B.Sc. in economics from the Université de Montréal as well as a B.C.L. and an LL.B., both from McGill University. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec (1993).
Mr. Darmo has authored several international tax articles and has been a guest speaker at many business and tax conferences.
