New Global Head of Tax at Linklaters is Henk Vanhulle
Linklaters has appointed Brussels-based partner Henk Vanhulle as it new global head of tax.
Henk, a partner since 1995, has significant experience in corporate tax, with particular emphasis on international tax planning, corporate finance, capital market transactions and corporate M&A. His experience also includes employee share schemes and tax litigation, as well as tax aspects related to retail and private banking products and insurance products. He has been head of tax in Brussels since 2007.
He takes over from Yash Rupal, who is stepping down as global head of tax having completed a three-year term in the role. Yash, one of the UK’s leading tax lawyers, becomes UK head of tax, taking over from fellow London-based tax partner Mark Kingstone.
