Clint Harding joins Australian law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler from Mallesons
Arnold Bloch Leibler has welcomed new Sydney-based senior associate, Clint Harding, who joined the firm’s taxation practice on 7 February 2011.
Clint specialises in corporate and international tax, and the taxation of financial instruments and transactions. His clients have included both public and private organisations, particularly in the corporate and banking sectors.
Arnold Bloch Leibler’s senior partner, Mark Leibler AC, said “Clint’s appointment represents a significant strengthening of the firm’s ability to advise clients in the area of taxation. Sydney-based clients and Melbourne clients with a business interest in Sydney will benefit from an on-the-ground taxation presence”.
The partner-in-charge of Arnold Bloch Leibler’s Sydney office, Paul Rubenstein, said “Clint is a fantastic addition to our office as we continue to expand our presence in the Sydney market. His commercial focus and broad taxation experience will help to facilitate that expansion”.
Prior to joining Arnold Bloch Leibler, Clint was a senior associate in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He is also an experienced practitioner in both United Kingdom and New Zealand tax law, having spent time at major law firms in both London and Auckland.
Clint said, “I am delighted to join a firm with such a formidable reputation, including as one of the country’s pre-eminent tax practices and the opportunity to work with industry leaders”.
