CCH appoints VP of new Business Intelligence & Strategy unit
CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business and a leading global provider of tax, accounting and audit information, software and services (CCHGroup.com), has announced that Christian Wolfe has been appointed Vice President of Business Intelligence & Strategy, effective February 28, 2011.
The new Business Intelligence & Strategy unit, to be led by Wolfe, will focus on developing deeper market intelligence and customer insight to further guide the company’s investment and development efforts. Wolfe will report to Mike Sabbatis, CCH President & CEO.
“Customer insight is a driving force embedded in everything we do at CCH,” Sabbatis said. “What Christian brings to the table is the experience and ability to drive strategy with deep customer understanding and clarity around customer needs.”
Most recently, Wolfe served as Senior Managing Director, Corporate Strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate firm with offices in the major global economies. Previously, he developed an extensive background in high-tech telecommunications as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development for Level(3) Communications and while serving in the Communications/Media/Technology practice of Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Wolfe received his Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and earned an MBA from Columbia University in New York City. Additionally, he has extensive international business experience, predominantly in EMEA, Brazil and India.
