Sara Luder is new Head of Tax at Slaughter & May

Slaughter and May today announced that with effect from 01 May 2011, Sara Luder is the new Practice Stream Head for Tax. She replaces Tony Beare.

Sara has extensive experience of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers and corporate reconstructions. She also has considerable experience in structured finance, securitisation and leasing transactions. She has also been involved in advising on disputes with HMRC which have been settled following negotiation or which have proceeded to litigation.

Sara writes regularly for a number of tax publications and she is a frequent speaker at conferences.

Sara is named as a leading individual for ‘Corporate Tax’ inThe Legal 500 and for Tax in both Chambers UK andChambers Europe. She is also listed in the ‘Corporate Tax’ section of Legal Business’ 2010 ‘Legal Experts’ publication and is Recommended for Tax by PLC‘s ‘Which Lawyer’.
