New private client partner appointment at UK law firm Moore Blatch
Moore Blatch Solicitors has promoted senior solicitor, Joyce Bradbeer, to the partnership, taking the firm’s total number of partners to twenty five.
A Lymington resident, Joyce has been based in the local area since 1995 and has worked for Moore Blatch for over eight years.
Joyce is a member of the firm’s reputable private client team and specialises in the preparation of Wills and the administration of estates.
Commenting on Joyce’s appointment, Moore Blatch Managing Partner, David Thompson said: “Joyce has proved to be an excellent member of our private client department. Her hard work and dedication over the years has helped us to build an outstanding reputation for this work and her promotion is very well deserved.”
Joyce’s approach to work has made her popular with clients and she is an extremely familiar face in the Lymington community. She is also secretary of the Lymington Chamber of Commerce.
Joyce comments: “I am delighted to join the Moore Blatch partnership and look forward to promoting the Lymington office and the personal service which my team offers to clients at what can be a difficult time.”
“We strive not only to provide a caring and sensitive service but differ from most banks and some solicitors in that we only charge clients for the time spent on the case rather than taking a percentage of the estate’s value.”
Joyce is a member of both the Law Society Probate Section and the Association of Accounting Technicians. Her dual qualifications serve clients well, as she is required to reconcile Executors’ Statements and often manage the finances of the deceased.
A keen sailor and a member of the Royal Lymington Yacht Club, Joyce has successfully sailed to a number of destinations including; France, Scotland, the Baltic, South America and most recently the Caribbean.
