Boutique Tax Law Firm, Cantor & Webb, announces new partner: Arthur J. Dichter
Cantor & Webb P.A., a leading boutique law firm in the field of international tax and estate planning for high net worth international private clients, has announced that Arthur J. Dichter has been named to the firm’s partnership.
Mr. Dichter was most recently the director of tax compliance services at Cantor & Webb. He joined the firm in January of 2011, after a 20 year career at major public accounting firms.

“International tax is an area that is continuing to expand as a result of the government’s Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program and the implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Being a part of Cantor & Webb will allow me to focus on international tax compliance and planning,” said Arthur J. Dichter.
In addition to compliance matters, Mr. Dichter also assists high net worth foreign individuals in creating pre-immigration tax plans and in properly structuring their investments in U.S. real property and in U.S. estate gift tax planning for foreign internationals. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College, his law degree from American University Washington College of Law and a master in laws degree in taxation from New York University.
According to Cantor, the firm has seen a substantial increase in client engagements over the past year, primarily in response to the increased focus by the IRS on enforcement of reporting requirements of foreign bank accounts, the enactment of (FATCA) and other similar legislation.
