Guy Sanschagrin joins WTP Advisors’ Transfer Pricing Practice from PwC
WTP Advisors, an award-winning, global tax and advisory firm, announced today that strategic finance and operations executive, Guy Sanschagrin, who was most recently a PwC director, has joined its transfer pricing practice.
Based in Minneapolis, Guy has over fifteen years of transfer pricing experience with Big Four and investment banking firms, including a three year overseas assignment as the national leader of a Big Four firm’s transfer pricing practice in Belgium.
“WTP’s core competencies of quantitative excellence and specialized intelligence in international business are a strong fit with Guy’s quest to offer high value, practical services to clients,” said Dave Wain, partner and co-founder of WTP Advisors.
“We are excited to have someone with Guy’s deep experience join us,” said Michael Flaherty, WTP Advisors transfer pricing partner; “Guy’s engineering, MBA and CPA background provides him with a broad, insightful perspective on transfer pricing and the global economy.”
Recent trends show that data collection and analysis is increasingly critical to managing transfer pricing risks and enabling transfer pricing planning, notes Wain. This means that Guy’s extensive background and ability to apply value chain analysis, business process improvement concepts, and valuation input will enable him to help tax departments become strategic partners with other parts of the company.
“I am very excited to join forces with WTP Advisors,” said Guy. “I am highly impressed with the client service, and flexible, entrepreneurial culture the firm has established.”
As companies increasingly look to transfer pricing as an essential element of their strategic planning, WTP is uniquely positioned to offer its expertise, productivity improvement frameworks and analytical tools to support company objectives.
Guy will team with WTP Advisors to identify leading practices and develop practical solutions, tools and technologies that help clients tackle their transfer pricing needs effectively and efficiently.
