Chris Mills to lead UHY Hacker Young personal tax team
UHY Hacker Young London office has appointed a new partner, Chris Mills, to lead and strengthen their growing personal tax team.
Chris has over twenty years of experience of advising on tax issues, including fourteen years at a senior level in Top 10 firms Grant Thornton and Tenon Plc. Most recently he was a private client tax director at Grant Thornton.
He has extensive experience of advising clients both in the UK and internationally, on a variety of tax issues. His particular focus is on issues affecting high net worth individuals, trusts and succession planning for families. Chris is also a member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Chris is the third partner to join the London tax team since the summer. His appointment follows that of corporate taxation specialist Gary Shortman and Bob Savic, who is leading the new Russian and Eastern European desk.
Ladislav Hornan, Managing Partner in London, says: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to the firm. His skills and experience make him the perfect complement to our expanding tax team.”
