Christophe Clément joins Baker & McKenzie in Luxembourg from Clifford Chance
Baker & McKenzie has announced the appointment of Christophe Clément as partner in the Tax practice. Christophe is registered with the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar and joins the Firm after eight years at Clifford Chance.
Christophe advises on international taxation, direct tax, VAT and duties as well as on various legal and regulatory matters. He has a vast experience in advising a wide range of clients on the structuring of private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, M&A, company reorganisations, structured finance, securitisation, debt restructuring, IP and employee share schemes.
