Nicolas de Boynes gets partnership at Sullivan & Cromwell’s Paris Tax Practice

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP announced today that Nicolas de Boynes has been elected a tax partner within the Firm, effective Jan 2012.

Mr. de Boynes practices tax law primarily in relation to cross- border mergers and acquisitions, structured products and capital markets. He has extensive experience in tax audits and tax litigations. Mr. de Boynes is also regularly involved in corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He is a frequent author on the subject of international tax. Mr. de Boynes graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law (LL.M., 2002), Université de Paris II – Panthéon Assas (D.E.A., 1999) and HEC School of Management (Grande Ecole, 1997).
