Baker & McKenzie’s US and UK Tax Practices Advise Sony and Mubadala Development Company in EMI Music Publishing Acquisition
Baker & McKenzie recently served as tax counsel to Sony Corporation of America and Mubadala Development Company PJSC, which were part of the investor group that announced an agreement to acquire EMI Music Publishing from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citigroup, Inc. for USD2.2 billion.
