Deloitte Canada rebrands its Tax Law Firm
Deloitte Canada has announced that its affiliated law firm has changed its name from Heddema & Partners LLP to Deloitte Tax Law LLP.
“We have changed our name to show more clearly that our legal services are deeply integrated with one of the world’s leading accounting firms,” says Joyce Lee, Managing Partner at Deloitte Tax Law LLP. “In 2010, we expanded beyond Vancouver, adding tax controversy expertise in Calgary with the addition of the Hon. Michael Ryer – a former Federal Court of Appeal Justice. In 2011, tax litigator Curtis Stewart joined the firm, providing us with the ability to offer tax litigation services to our clients across the country.”
Deloitte Tax Law offers clients a wide range of tax planning and related legal services, including the full spectrum of dispute resolution services, all under the Deloitte brand.
